As the business entered a franchising growth phase, RAZOR partnered with founder Bobbie-Jo Butler to refine the digital presence — delivering a platform that communicates credibility, supports expansion, and strengthens regional visibility.

Conveyancing Plus had built strong local trust – but its digital presence needed to support the next phase of growth.

The business was expanding beyond its original locations in Pukekohe and Waiuku, with a franchising model in development. The website needed to speak to multiple audiences:

  • Home buyers and sellers
  • Property investors
  • First-home buyers
  • Prospective franchisees

It also needed to reflect the emotional weight of property transactions – moments that are financially significant and deeply personal.

The objective wasn’t to overcomplicate the brand. It was to structure it for scale.

Structured Service Architecture

Six dedicated service category pages were developed, each designed to operate as a standalone page. Content was structured to support conversion while maintaining legal professionalism – clear explanations, defined process steps, visible fixed-pricing transparency, and embedded enquiry forms. Each service page balances reassurance with authority.

Localised Growth Framework

Dedicated location pages were built for Pukekohe and Waiuku, structured to enhance regional SEO and support expansion into Auckland and Hamilton. The architecture contains consistent core messaging, adapted for local relevance. This creates a scalable system for future franchise locations.

As Conveyancing Plus moves into a franchise-ready phase, we developed a dedicated Franchise Opportunities section. This introduces the business model, outlines the pathway to ownership, and supports recruitment of aligned legal professionals – without compromising the credibility of the core service offering.

Photography & Brand Refinement

Professional photography was captured across both locations to present a credible, personable team environment. The design builds on existing branding, introducing refined layouts and subtle illustrative accents that create warmth without reducing professionalism. The result feels approachable – but assured.
